Services
Digitizing Delight provides custom embroidery digitizing, file editing and vector artwork services. We create digital files. We don't sew, manufacture or ship physical goods.
Quotes and payment
We provide a price before starting work. Payment is due once you approve the stitch preview. Files are released after payment. Approved shop accounts may be invoiced on agreed terms.
Artwork and intellectual property
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all artwork you submit. We may decline work that appears to infringe someone else's rights. On full payment, you receive full rights to use the files we create for you.
Edits and guarantee
Edits to files we created are free for 30 days as described on our guarantee page. Because embroidery results also depend on the machine, fabric, stabilizer, thread and operator, we can't guarantee a specific result on every setup, but we'll work with you until the file sews correctly.
Refunds
Because you pay after approving the preview, refunds are generally not needed. If a paid file can't be made to sew correctly after reasonable edits, contact us and we'll refund the digitizing fee.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for garments, blanks, thread or machine time used in sewing a file. Please always test-sew a new file before a production run.
