Ordering & pricing
How much does digitizing cost?
$20 for designs up to 4" wide, $35 for 4"–8", and $60 for 8"–12". 3D puff adds $10, and rush adds $15. See the pricing page for everything.
How long does it take?
Within 24 hours on standard service, often the same business day for small logos. Rush service is within 6 business hours.
When do I pay?
After you approve the PDF stitch preview. We send a secure card or PayPal link.
What formats do I get?
Any and all you need: DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, HUS, XXX, EMB, ART and more, plus a PDF preview.
What artwork can I send?
Anything: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG, JPG, or even a photo. Clearer art gives faster, more accurate results.
Do you use auto-digitizing?
No. Every file is digitized by hand.
What if the file doesn't sew well?
Send a photo of the sew-out, your machine, fabric and stabilizer. We'll adjust it free for 30 days.
Can you fix a file someone else made?
Yes. Fixes and resizes of other digitizers' files start at $15. Sometimes a re-digitize is better value, and we'll tell you which.
Can I resize my file on my machine?
About ±10% is usually safe. Beyond that, stitches spread out or pile up. Ask us for a properly rebuilt size.
Do you make patches or embroider garments?
No. We create the digital files. You, your embroiderer or your patch maker sew them.
Do you work with embroidery shops?
Yes, and they're most of our work. Shops get volume pricing and priority service. See the For Embroidery Shops page.
Will you digitize copyrighted logos?
Only if you have the right to use them. We don't digitize sports team, brand or character logos for unlicensed use.
