What we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and business name, the artwork and files you upload, and the details of your order. We use basic analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. That includes pages visited, device type and approximate location.
How we use it
- To quote, produce and deliver your order, and to support you afterwards
- To send order-related emails (quotes, previews, invoices, delivery)
- To improve our website and services
We don't sell your personal information. We send marketing emails only if you opt in, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Your artwork and files
Your artwork and stitch files are used only to fulfil your order. We store them securely so we can resend or edit files later, and we never share, sell or reuse them. Ask us at any time to delete them.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the site, receive form submissions, process payments and send email. They process data only on our behalf. Card payments are handled by the payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.

We use essential cookies and analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing orders@digitizingdelight.com. Depending on your state (for example California), you may have additional rights, which we will honor.
