Embroidery digitizing prices
Our digitizing is priced by design size, not stitch count: $20 for designs up to 4" wide (left chest logos and cap fronts), $35 for 4"–8", and $60 for 8"–12" (jacket backs). Every price includes all machine formats, a PDF stitch preview and free edits until it sews right.

Embroidery shops ordering 10 or more designs a month get 15% off every order after their first 10, plus net-15 invoicing once approved. Set up a shop account.

Why we don't charge per 1,000 stitches
Per-stitch pricing rewards digitizers for adding stitches, and more stitches usually mean a stiffer design, longer run times and more thread breaks. Flat, size-based pricing lets us use the fewest stitches that give full, clean coverage, and you know the price before you order.
What does digitizing cost elsewhere?

Payment
You pay only after approving the stitch preview, by card or PayPal via a secure invoice link. Shop accounts can apply for net-15 invoicing.

Is there a setup fee?
No. The tier price is the whole price for one design at one size, including all formats.
What if my design is in between sizes?
We price by the finished width you'll sew. A 4.2" design is in the Medium tier. If you're close to a boundary, ask, and we'll quote before we start.
Do you charge for changes?
Edits to fix sewing issues or small adjustments to files we made are free for 30 days. New design elements or a different size count as a new version.
Do you charge for format conversions?
No. Every format you need is included, now and later.
