1. You pay after you approve
We send a fixed price before we start, then a PDF stitch preview. You pay only once you're happy with the preview. If we can't produce something you're happy with, you don't pay.
2. Free edits until it sews right
If a file we made doesn't sew well on your machine within 30 days of delivery, send us a photo of the sew-out with your machine, fabric and stabilizer, and we'll adjust the file at no charge until it does. Small changes, such as a thread color, a slight resize or a text typo we made, are free too.
Free edits cover the design as ordered. New elements, a different design or a significantly different size are priced as a new version.
3. You own your file
Once paid, the stitch file is yours to use on any machine, any number of times. We keep a backup copy so we can resend it or make future edits, but we never sell, share or reuse your artwork or files.
A note on artwork rights
By ordering, you confirm that you have the right to use the artwork you send. We don't digitize logos, characters or trademarks that belong to someone else without permission.
