Why we started

Anyone who runs an embroidery machine has had a bad file: the logo that looked fine on screen, then puckered on the polo, left gaps around the letters and broke thread every few minutes. Cheap digitizing is everywhere, but a bad file costs far more in wasted blanks, thread and machine time than it saves.

Digitizing Delight exists to make files that sew right the first time. That means hand digitizing by people who understand thread and fabric, clear communication with a US-based team, and pricing you can see before you order.

How we work

• Every file is hand-digitized. No auto-trace, no one-click conversions.
• We digitize for the garment. A cap, a performance polo and a fleece jacket each get the underlay, density and sequencing they need.
• We tell you the truth about your art. If a tagline is too small to stitch or a gradient won't translate, we say so before you pay, and suggest a fix.
• You pay after you approve. You see the stitch preview first.
• You own your files. We never resell, share or reuse customer artwork.

Based in the USA

We're a USA-based business in the United States. You deal with us directly, during US business hours (Mon–Fri 8am–6pm CT · Sat 9am–1pm CT), in plain English, and you pay in US dollars.
