How ordering works
Upload your artwork, get a fixed price (usually within an hour during business hours), approve a PDF stitch preview within 24 hours, then pay and download every machine format you need. If it doesn't sew right, we fix it for free.

Upload your artwork
Use the order form. Any format works: PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or a photo. Tell us the width, the garment and your machine if you know it.

Get a fixed price
We review the art and reply with a price and any advice, such as "the tagline is too small to stitch at 3.5"". Nothing starts until you agree.

We digitize by hand
Your digitizer builds the file object by object, choosing underlay, density, stitch angles and sequence for your garment.

Approve the preview
You get a PDF showing the design at actual size, stitch count, dimensions and color sequence. Request changes if you want any.

Pay and download
Pay by card or PayPal through a secure invoice link, and download all formats straight away.

Sew it
Not quite right on your machine? Send a photo of the sew-out and we'll adjust the file free for 30 days.
What to send us
- The best artwork you have. A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) is ideal, but a clear PNG or JPG is fine. We can even work from a photo of a sign or business card.
- Finished width (or height) in inches. Not sure? Tell us the placement and we'll suggest a size.
- Garment or fabric: polo, cap model, hoodie, towel, leather…
- Machine model or format, so we send the right file and hoop size.
- Thread colors if you have specific ones (Madeira, Isacord or Pantone codes are all fine).

What you receive
- Your stitch file in every format you asked for
- A PDF preview with color sequence and thread chart, ready for the machine operator
- The working file (EMB) on request, if you edit designs yourself

Do I need a vector file?
No. Vector art is ideal, but we regularly digitize from PNG, JPG and even photos. If the artwork is very rough, we'll tell you and may suggest our vector redraw service.
How do I pay?
After you approve the preview, we send a secure payment link for card or PayPal.
