Turn your logo into an embroidery file
If you're a brand, business or creator ordering embroidered hats, polos or merch, the embroiderer needs a stitch file (usually DST) made from your logo. We hand-digitize it once, you own it, and you can send it to any embroiderer or print-on-demand supplier. From $20.
Why get your own embroidery file?
- Own it once, use it everywhere. Many embroiderers charge a digitizing fee and keep the file. Owning your DST means you can switch suppliers freely.
- Consistency: the same file across every supplier means your logo looks the same on every hat and shirt.
- Quality control: you get a properly digitized file, not a quick auto-trace.
What to order
Most brands start with a left chest and a cap version of their logo. A second size of the same design is +50% of the tier price.

Designing a logo that embroiders well
Bold shapes, limited colors (ideally 6 or fewer) and text that's not too small. If your logo has fine details, gradients or a tiny tagline, we'll suggest a simplified embroidery version that still looks like your brand. Read how to prepare your logo for embroidery.
Send it to your embroiderer
We deliver DST (the format most embroiderers use) plus a PDF showing thread colors and size. Just forward both to your embroiderer or upload them to your print-on-demand platform.

What file does my embroiderer need?
Most commercial embroiderers use DST. We include DST plus any other format, and a PDF color sheet.
Do you embroider the shirts or hats?
No. We create the embroidery file. Your embroiderer or supplier sews the products.
